From these early days, Carly’s career trajectory was marked by rapid growth. Her exceptional talent and dedication led her to transition into a key account management role, where she excelled in creating and implementing strategic solutions for clients on an international freight perspective. She became adept at navigating the complexities of international shipping, forging strong client relationships, and delivering results that exceeded expectations.
Carly’s journey took an exciting turn when she transitioned into supply chain consulting. Armed with her extensive experience in international freight, she expanded her knowledge to encompass all facets of end-to-end supply chain management. Her experience was accelerated beyond than the average employee by working with dozens of startups and Fortune 500 companies in only a few years time.
Carly quickly became a trusted advisor, as she excelled at streamlining complex logistics operations, managing both her own internal teams as well as external client operations teams, negotiating multi-million dollar contracts, and consistently surpassing revenue targets.
